Similar to This Mortal Coil, The Hope Blister was a project masterminded by 4AD founder Ivo Watts-Russell consisting of an all-star lineup performing cover songs of material written by other songwriters.
Here I've noted the original songwriters of each cover, and provided links to download the MP3s from Amazon. For original pieces, the original link is to the The Hope Blister version; for covers, original is to the original recording, while cover is for the THB version. I was not able to find original recordings for everything, unfortunately.
